Before purchasing, please review our Shipment, and Return procedures to ensure that you aware of both our shipping & return policies. By agreeing to the terms and Conditions at checkout, you are consenting that you have read the Terms & Conditions and agree to the policies that have been provided for your review. 

Please note that while our items are photographed in their truest form, there may be slight variations in color, tones, textures and lace prints. Due to each photographers editing and monitor displays you may find a slight discrepancy in the color tones of the item purchased. Any discrepancy in tones, textures and lace prints used may be due to individual batches of each item being uniquely created. No two batches are ever 100% identical due to differentiating dye lots however we do work hard to keep them as similar as possible. Please note we are not liable for any tone discrepancies. Should you not be happy with your purchase please find our return policy below. 

Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days of order being placed.

PRE-ORDERS - Are processed with in 5 - 7 Business Days and Approx ETA is 12 - 20 Days (FOR USA ONLY)

Please note that we currently ship twice a week. All orders placed after THURSDAY at Midnight, will be shipped the following week. Orders & shipments are not fulfilled on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or Statutory Holidays. 


Please note that due to the handmade nature of some items, processing times may vary. This includes but is not limited to personalized items and birthday outfits - while we want you to have quick & efficient service, we are not McDonald's. 

Once the order has been shipped please allow 2-10 business days in shipping time. International orders can take up to 4-6 weeks for delivery. Please plan your purchase accordingly and purchase tracked or express shipping if needed. We are not liable for any orders that arrive later than date needed. Should you require your item to be "RUSHED" through processing please use this link below to add to your cart. Please note that PRE-ORDER items are not applicable for RUSH services. If you need your order for a specific date, please note this at checkout. If no note is left regarding date needed, it will be implied that our standard processing times meet your needs.

We are not liable for any orders that arrive after the date needed. Please plan your timing accordingly to ensure there is enough time for order processing and shipping.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive as once it is in the hands of the Canadian or US Postal Service we no longer can further expedite the processes used by them. Please consider any shipping or transit times offered to you by Ruffles & Bowties or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in as timely a fashion as possible to avoid delays caused by shipping, customs clearance or product availability.

SHIPPING TIMES
  • Our current processing time is 5-7 business days, should you need your order shipped sooner please see our Rush Shipping section.
  • Rush shipments are shipped out same week if "RUSH MY ORDER" has been added to your order. If you have not added the extra rush to your order, your order will ship the following week. 
  • Once shipped orders may take 2-20 business days for delivery. Please plan your orders accordingly to ensure there is enough room should there be a delay. Please note these are also only estimates once in the hands of the postal service, Ruffles & Bowties Bowtique is no longer responsible
  • International orders can take up to 4-6 weeks for delivery, this does not include weekends or statutory holidays, when most government run services such as postal service and customs are closed.
  • Please note that due to Statutory Holidays and High Seasonal Volumes, there may be a delay in delivery time once shipped
  • ALL Pre-Orders are shipped direct from our supplier, they process within 5 to 7 business days, and take 12-20 business days for delivery within the US. *FINAL SALE
  • Pre Order Shipments in all other regions are processed in 5 to 7 business days and may take up 60 days for delivery. *FINAL SALE
  • Items that are personalized and/or custom made please allow 2-3 additional days to ship out. Once the order has been shipped please allow 2-10 business days in shipping time.
  • Please note that all timelines are a general ETA guideline, we can not 100% guarantee ship times, as once parcels are with USPS, Canada Post, or other courier services, we are no longer responsible for the packages, and the time of delivery.

WRONG ADDRESS INPUT 

We have multiple orders come through over several days, and are not able to catch wrong addresses as they are input by customers.

To mitigate this, we ask that all customers review and double check their shipping address prior to purchasing to make sure that it is correct and is going to the correct location.

If an address is recognized as wrong at different intervals throughout the processing and shipping time, then the following Address Policy will be followed:

  • If you (customer) input the incorrect address, and a shipping label HAS NOT been created yet.
    • Then we will update the address in our shipping system & on your profile for our website
  • If you (customer) input the incorrect address, and a shipping label HAS BEEN created.
    • If it is the same day as printed, we will cancel the label & update the address.
    • If it is already shipped, & shows no movement after 2 weeks, then we will look into a reshipment with the correct address - at our own discretion & we may ask for you to pay for shipping if a reshipment is possible.
  • If you input the incorrect address, and IT SHOWS MOVEMENT, or IT ARRIVES to its destination, or an INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS is recognized by postal prior to the customer noticing.
    • That order is considered fulfilled. There will be no refunds or credit issued & we will not be shipping out a reshipment.

 

ORDER STATUS

Once your order has been shipped you will be notified. Please note that only purchases made with TRACKED shipping, will receive a tracking number! This option is ALWAYS available at checkout. While we always recommend tracked shipping, should you choose not to purchase it, there will be no way for us to track your parcel should a delay or misdeliver happen.

All parcels with purchased tracked shipping will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package through your local postal service once the item has cleared customs.

If your need your order rushed please choose the rush order and add that to your cart. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Should this be of concern to you, please purchase additional insurance on your parcel. 

RETURNS

RETURN INFORMATION
 

  • Orders can only be cancelled within first 3 hours of purchase. No exceptions.

  • All items needing to be returned are processed in the form of exchange or shop credit ONLY

  • An item is only eligible for exchange/shop credit within 10 calendar days of ship date.

  • Items must not be worn, used or tampered with and must be placed into their original packing with tags.

  • Items that arrive late after date needed are NOT eligible for return. Please ensure you order in a timely manner, and select shipment type (Regular Post, Tracked, Express, or Overnight) as needed. If uncertain about arrival dates please email us first at Rufflesandbowtiesbowtique@gmail.com

  • Ruffles & Bowties Bowtique, will not be liable for any late, or unreceived parcels that ship untracked. By selecting "No Tracking" at checkout, you are agreeing to the terms above and understand it is at our own risk. 

  • Any lost or stolen items are not liable by Ruffles & Bowties, once in the hands of the post delivery service.
  • Returned product is shipped back at purchaser’s expense

  • SALE, BLOWOUT, AND/OR BLACK FRIDAY items ending in .00 are FINAL SALE.

  • All Customized apparel, birthday shirts, birthday outfits, pajamas ect are FINAL SALE.

  • All Seasonal & customized Holiday outfits and/or accessories are not eligible for exchange or shop credit unless damaged which must be reported within 2 days of receiving product.

  • Please read all product descriptions carefully, should any item be on sale due to defect, inaccuracy, or AS-IS appearance, it will be stated within the listing. By purchasing these items, you acknowledge the current condition and understand that they are non-eligible for store credit and/or exchange.
  • We will gladly accept the exchange or shop credit of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship within 2 days of receiving product. Pictures of defective items must be sent immediately at time of request within 2 business days. 
  • If items are in less than perfect condition the items will be sent back at the customers expense or Ruffles & Bowties, at its sole discretion, may charge a restocking fee.

  • Please include a note as to why the merchandise is being returned. Also include name, contact information, and order number. Items returned without name and order number will not be accepted. 
  • Original Shipping is not eligible for shop credit.

  • Refunds are in the form of Shop Credit. They are processed within 7 to 10 business days of receiving your return. We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and the shop credit or exchange has been issued.

    HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?

    Please email us at Rufflesandbowtiesbowtique@gmail.com to have your return authorized & reviewed. Please note our business hours are M-F 9:30AM -3:30PM (MST), we will do our best to have one of our customer service team be in touch within 1 business day.

    Upon authorization of return, you must include your contact information and original order number. Returns sent without original order number included will not be accepted.




    HOLIDAY NOTICE:

     

    • HOLIDAY ORDER PROCESSING
      Orders will be processed in order of first placed for all holiday orders unless "rush my order" has been added to the order. Please note standard processing times are 5 to 7 business days, however due to holiday season, we are doing our best to process orders sooner than anticipated. If you need your item for Christmas, we ask that you PLEASE use the box at checkout to leave the date needed of your order, this helps us to identify applicable holiday orders. 

    • HOLIDAY ORDER SHIPPING - 
      • NO ORDERS ARE 100% GUARANTEED DELIVERY FOR CHRISTMAS. PLEASE SELECT "CHRISTMAS DELIVERY" AS YOUR SHIPPING METHOD IF YOU WISH TO HAVE YOUR ITEM IN TIME. ALL OTHER METHODS OF SHIPPING ARE IN NO WAY A GUARANTEE OF DELIVERY IN TIME AND MAY BE DELIVERED AFTER CHRISTMAS.
